Butter a 20cm / 8 inch round cake tin & line the base.

Add the flours, sugars, bicarbonate of soda and cocoa powder to a large bowl. Mix together well.
Mix the beaten eggs and sour cream together.
Mix the melted chocolate mixture and the egg mixture into the flour mixture until you have a smooth runny consistency.
Pour the cake mixture into the tin and bake for 1 hr 30 mins. Leave in tin for a few minutes before cooling on a wire rack.
Make Ganache: Place chocolate in a bowl. Add cream & sugar to a pan. Heat until it nearly boils. Pour over the chocolate. Mix well until smooth.
Slice the cake horizontally in half. Spread a third of the ganache mixture and a third of the grated chocolate onto one half of the cake.
Place the top layer on the cake.
Spread the remaining ganache mixture over the cake, including the sides. Cover with the remaining grated chocolate.
